Agrivet Food Research Laboratory is a center that conducts scientific research in the fields of food safety, hygiene practices, and food processing technologies, focusing on quality control and R&D activities. Our laboratory aims to develop innovative solutions to protect public health by working on topics such as the detection of foodborne pathogens, analysis of food quality parameters, and optimization of processing methods. Operating in compliance with national and international regulations and quality standards, our laboratory conducts regular internal and external quality control analyses, utilizing accredited methods and advanced instrumentation. Reliable and rapid diagnostic services are provided especially in areas such as microbiological analyses and physicochemical properties. With an interdisciplinary collaboration approach, our laboratory supports both academic and industrial projects, developing solutions to improve quality at every stage of the food chain. It also contributes to the food industry through training activities and consultancy services, continuing its work with the goal of sustainable and safe food production.
