Established as part of the Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) at Near East University, the AIoT 3D printing unit for AI and IoT serves as a dynamic hub for innovation in intelligent systems, embedded design, and digital fabrication. The lab specializes in integrating 3D prototyping with smart technologies to support cross-disciplinary research and development.
By combining additive manufacturing techniques with AI algorithms and IoT frameworks, the lab enables the creation of sensor-integrated prototypes, smart devices, Project casing and robotic components. These solutions are tailored for applications in automation, smart healthcare, remote sensing, IoT in agriculture and education. The AIoT 3D section also plays a critical role in developing physical interfaces for AI models and real-time monitoring systems, enhancing practical experimentation in machine learning and embedded intelligence.
The facility supports undergraduate and postgraduate research, industrial collaboration, and prototype-to-product transformation, positioning itself at the intersection of computational intelligence and physical innovation.
